SAP HCM Integration with SuccessFactors Compensation Via PI
Compensation integration is a two way process as mentioned below
1 ) SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Compensation
2) SuccessFactors Compensation to SAP HCM
We can transfer Compensation data from SAP HCM to Successfactors to support compensation planning in SuccessFactors . Once the compensation planning is completed in successFactors the new / revised salary details will be updated to SAP HCM with the respective infotypes ( 0008 & 0015)
Note : Below mentioned roles and Transaction codes will help to complete the process via PI Integration
